Tex Christopher, CEO of Tex Christopher Studios attended the Film Industry Town Hall held on the 3rd Floor of Houston Community College – Media Arts & Technology Center of Excellence.
The event was hosted by Southwest Alternate Media Project (SWAMP), covered by the Houston Media Source and featured the Texas Motion Picture Alliance (TXMPA)and the Texas Film Commission and the Houston Film Commission.
The town hall was assembled to address the Texas tax incentives and was attended by film professionals in Houston, Texas.
Tex Christopher was granted a few minutes to discuss breakthroughs for our state through his leadership with state officials and Hollywood production leaders in the entertainment business (music and motion picture).
At the meeting he announced a $25M TV series to be shot in Houston, Texas and two $20M human trafficking movies to be shot in our state and plans for Tex Christopher Studios to bring 20,000 jobs to our state with 10 other motion pictures and more.
